Gratitude, wisdom and professionalism all in one. My husband had an immediate pain at 9 p.m. and we contacted HWD where a live person answered and booked the next appointment which was the following morning...the doctor herself greeted him the next day upon visit and proceeded to have the pain taken care of. Extraction was done so calmly, noise canceling headphones while watching your favorite movie...one of the best experiences ever visiting a dentist in his past 30 years. We graciously thank this office and for once it wasn’t about the money but the care to take care of the patient-
Let me tell the world about Horizon west dentistry . I was told by my friend that the staff and doctor are the most loving and caring staff ever. So I drove from east Orlando to west orlando because any mother know that the WORST place on earth for a 5 year old is the dentist office and doctor office BUT my son loved every minute. The waiting room was kid friendly , rooms were state of the art and the staff I have no words they made my son feel like family ( let me tell you that's because they have a great doctor). SO I GUESS WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY IS THAT THE BORRERO'S HAVE FOUND THEIR NEW DENTIST OFFICE !! ( can't wait for my trun 😁)

Best dental experience ever today- I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist and throw in a reaction to lidocaine and epinephrine at a prior dentist. I have never felt more cared for and comforted by the staff that went out of their way to keep me calm. Highly recommend.
I just wanted to tell everyone about how much my whole family enjoyed our trip to the dentist today! We even had a teenager with a cavity that he got taken care of and even he thought it was a great experience. They had an incredible new patient special as well as an amazing plan for people who don’t have dental insurance. The office is beautiful and brand new and is located in the plaza by Keenes Crossing. I would highly encourage you to give them a try and best of all the Dentist is a fellow Orchard Hills Neighbor. Thanks Dr. Roperia for an amazing dental experience!
Today I visited Horizon West Dentistry for the first time, and I must say that I am very impressed! It was easily the most thorough exam I've ever had from a dentist. The whole process was smooth, the staff is all wonderful, and the location is of course perfect for OH. I highly recommend checking them out!
Just had some dental work at Horizon West Dentistry. Near our neighborhood and a very friendly group working there. Plus, the dentist lives in Orchard Hills and is very nice.
